USCIS has allowed applicants to have employment authorization even if they do not have their Work Authorization EAD Cards yet. A Class Action law suit was brought against USCIS because they STOPPED PRINTING EAD CARDS. The law suit was settled and USCIS now allows you to work legally with only your approval notice from your I-765 work or employment authorization application. USCIS promises to have all EAD cards printed and out before December 1, 2020.
