1/4 cup warm water
6 grams agar agar
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 tsp pineapple essence
800 grams icing sugar
First in warm water soak agar agar for 15 minutes.
Heat the pan on medium flame add soaked agar agar, butter and corn syrup.
Mix everything well and wait till dissolved.
Now add pineapple essence and mix.
Take half of the sugar and add this mixture.
Make a dough out of it and add sugar accordingly in to batches.
Grease it with butter and cling wrap it for 24 hours and keep this in refrigerator.
After 24 hours again knead it for some time by greasing your palm with oil.
Fondant is ready.
