1. Make sure there is enough paper for the number of copies you would like to make. Most copiers have a paper tray either underneath in a drawer or in the front of the machine.

2. Traditional paper size is 8x11inches so you should set your copier to the correct page size.

3. Lift the lid and place your document or image to be copied on the copy with aligned with the correct paper size. Most copiers will have an arrow pointing to the place where the top corner of your paper should be.

4. Close the lid

5. Select color, size, and quantity

6. Press "COPY"
