A white rare, promising variety. It has dense bunches with thin skin berries. Its aromas include: sweet stone fruit, citrus peels, quince, almond and white flowers and produces wines of a medium to full body wine with balanced acidity. Morokanella pairs well with white meat, poultry, seafood, salty and fatty cheeses, legumes, pasta, risotto, vegetables and light stews.
