hey guys!! today’s video is going to be my mom answering YOUR questions about PERIODS!!! she’s going to be giving advice on periods, her personal experience with periods (first period story, period horror story, etc.), advice on tampons + pads, how to relieve cramps, how to get stains out, if irregular periods are normal, if periods ever become regular, how to tell your parents, etc… just some overall tips, advice, and knowledge on periods, coming from my amazing mom, who has experienced periods for decades! this video is great for you if it’s hard for you to talk to your own parent about periods, or if you just want a mother’s advice on periods! :)
