Zizaran is joined by Lightee to bring you the only SS-Tier build for Path of Exile Scourge: the Toxic Rain Champion.
This build has the best defensive kit of the patch, paired up with incredible damage scaling from Toxic Rain and ballista support. Through AoE overlap and Ballistae, this build is sure to demolish all of the content in Path of Exile 3.16.
