In this video, the Mayo technique for the Konno procedure performed by Dr. Joseph Dearani and Dr. Elizabeth Stephens is described. This video includes illustrative diagrams and operative video. The Konno procedure treats obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract, which may involve also an aortic valve replacement, as shown in this video. Drs.
