PAYLESS SHOE STORE STEPS INTO GUYANESE MARKET; AIMS TO PROVIDE WORLD CLASS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Payless is an internationally-recognised footwear company and as part of plans to expand across the Caribbean, the company has opened its first new outlet in six years. That outlet was opened in Guyana at the MovieTowne Mall, located at Liliendaal, Georgetown.

Jerus Mohamed, the country Manager for the footwear company, who also has oversight for the company’s operations in Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean says that Payless is ready to bring more to Guyanese shoppers.

He also emphasised that the company brings with it a keen interest in training local employees.
